He was preceded in death by his wife Helen; Walter is survived by Joanne (nee Coughlin), his loving wife of 32 yrs.; Loving stepfather to Richard Jr. (Kathleen) Avery, William (Gayle) Avery, and Kathleen (Herman Miller) Kerns; Dear brother of, Albert (Lucille deceased), and the following deceased: William, Hilda Haristy, George, John and Rose Burk; Cherished grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 4. The family will receive friends in celebration of Walter's life at the Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, on Sunday November 11th, from 2-6PM. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11AM on Monday at Mary Queen of The Apostles Church 6455 Engle Rd., Brook Park 44142. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
