Timothy Erwin Martin age 57 of Berea, passed away after fighting a long illness May 04, 2020. Devoted son of Erwin (deceased) (Sherry) Martin and Sally (nee Schoeffler) (deceased). Dearest brother of Debbie (Don) Justice, Laurie (David) Kargle, Shelly (Dave) Pavick, Kim (Juan) Rivera, and Jody Jones. Cherished Uncle of Jessica (James), Jamie (Ryan), Chrissy, Ashley, Breanna (Kyle), Jenna, Josh, Justin, Brooke, Matthew (Lauren), and Joey. Great Uncle of Damien, Elizabeth, Juliana, Brody, Savannah, Jaxson, Dominic, Hazel, and one angel on the way.

Tim loved his family, outdoors, his cat “Sassy”, and tigers. He had a large tiger collection to include many photos, standalone tigers, tiger cups, tiger knickknacks, tiger everything. He enjoyed car shows to admire the old classics, and was excited to see the old muscle cars. He enjoyed family time to include get togethers at their family cottage.

He enjoyed cookouts, great conversation or just to hang out. He would meet his friends to enjoy long bike rides through the Metroparks. He loved the wildness of nature and the serenity of the peace and quiet of the outdoors. Tim will be missed by many. For those who wish the family suggests contributions to one of Tim’s favorite places the Cleveland Zoo 3900 Wildlife Way, Cleveland, OH 44109 in memory of Tim. The family will have a celebration of Tim’s life at a near future date to be determined considering present day circumstances.

I had a lot of fond memories of Tim. I dated him almost 3 years. And even when we stopped seeing each other we stayed friend's. He always told me when he was in the hospital. Tim was a very kind soul,always thinking of other people. My son Cody and I will miss Tim dearly ? ?
