Webb, Therese (Betty) (nee Alexander), age 89 of Brook Park – Middleburg Hts., passed away peacefully on March 1, 2015 while surrounded by family. Betty was preceded in death by Frank E., her beloved husband of 61 years; Loving mother of Frank P Webb (deceased), Lynn (Jim) Cannizzaro, Patricia (Bob) Cook, Marian (Bob) Koster, Terry Shipacasse, Margaret (deceased) (Bill) Carsey, Bridget (Dave) Webb; Dear sister of Myron “Sonny” (deceased), Florence, Michael “Micky” (deceased), Patricia, and Connie; Cherished grandmother of Stephen, Katie, Michael (Jennifer), Matthew (Jeanna), Patty Jean, Andrew, and Joseph; and beloved great grandmother; Aunt to many nieces and nephews; and dear friend to many.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Betty’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Thursday March 5th, from 5-8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM (with 10AM visitation prior to service) on Friday at St. Mary’s of Berea, 250 Kraft Street, Berea.  Interment at St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, 1800 Station Road, Valley City, OH.  Everyone, please meet at St. Mary’s Church.

I delivered the Plain Dealer to Mr. and Mrs. Webb for 5 years. They were always very kind to me and I enjoyed talking to them whenever I saw them. They were also very nice to my parents Bob 1997, and June 2000. They were also one of the last holdouts in Brookpark for airport expansion. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

God called her home after 89 years,  A good long life.  No more pain. I'll miss her humor which was plentiful.  I had many a good time at her house just sitting and talking to Betty over the last few years.  The world is a better place to have known her.
