SHIRLEY ANN PROKOP age 85 of Parma, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2018. Shirley is preceded in death by Michael, her beloved husband of 38 years. Loving mother of Michelle (Daniel) Bunjevac, Denise (Louis) Dziak, and James (Josie). Dearest sister of Mary Lou (Curtis deceased) Tesar and Betty (Milo) Schrumpf both deceased. Cherished grandmother of 7. Great grandmother of 5. Great-great grandmother of 1.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Shirley’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Friday May 4th from 4-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be Celebrated at Unity Lutheran Church, 4542 Pearl Rd., Cleveland 44109, on Saturday at 9AM. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH ON SATURDAY AFTER 8:30 AM FOR SERVICES AT 9:00 AM
