ROBERT    O’BANNION Age 83 of Parma, passed away peacefully June 26 2021 while surrounded by family. Beloved Husband of the late Charlene (Nee Pelt). Loving father of Robert Dale and Sheila A. (Rev. Michael) Staab. Dear brother of the late Estell Eugene, and Thelma Adams. Cherished grandfather of Joshua (deceased), Tashaunda (William) Barron, Amanda, and Nicole (Christopher) Bullard.   Great Grandfather of Aziera, Adonijah, Eden, Josiah, Eliana, Elijah, Amberlin, Madeline, Collin, and Declan.

 

The family will receive friends in celebration of Robert’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd. Brook Park, 44142 Wednesday June 30, 2021 from 5-8 PM. Funeral Services will be celebrated at Living Waters Apostolic Church 12970 Huffman Rd, Parma, 44130  Thursday with visitation from 11:30 AM- 12:00 PM with services at 12:00PM. Interment will be private. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Living Waters Apostolic Church Building Fund.

Bro. O’Bannion was my pastor from when I was a child to a teenager. He baptized me and it was in his church where I received the gift of the Holy Ghost. He officiated my wedding to my wife of now 18 years. Much of my values from an early age were shaped by his teachings. As I grow older I realize how valuable his teachings and in depth study of the Bible were. I will forever be in debt to Bro. O’Bannion and am deeply saddened by his death. However, I know that the he has made it to heaven and will have a crown of glory for all that he did for the kingdom of God. I pray that the O’Bannion family is comforted during this time.
