Robert E. Alachniewicz, age 70, of Brook Park passed peacefully on January 9, 2016. Robert is survived in life by Dorthy K. (nee Hice), his beloved wife of 46 years. Proud father of Robert E., Jr. (Beth); Cherished grandfather of Robert M. and Nina. Brother of Loretta, Linda (deceased), and Richard. Dear brother-in-law of Mary Prince (deceased) & Darlene (Paul) Null; Special uncle to Diana (Randy) Hoff, Jesse Taylor (deceased), Robert (Nora) Taylor, Patti (Harlow IV) Akins, and Paul II (Sarah) Null; Great uncle to many. “Papa” to Brittany and Zachary Cook.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Robert’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park on Saturday January 16 from 2-4pm, where Memorial Services will be held at 4pm.
