age 93 of Geneva, formally of Brook Park passed away at his home peacefully November 9, 2018 while surrounded by family. He was born October 27th 1925 in Cleveland to the late Gladys and Free Carkhuff, preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary of 33 years, brother Howard and sister Grace. Loving father of 12 children, dearest brother of Maude, and cherished grandfather of 36 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends in celebration of Richard’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd. Brook Park OH 44142 Saturday November 17th 2018 between 3-4 PM. Where a Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM. Richard was an owner and founder of Geneva Cleaning Company for over 40 years. He enjoyed Frank Sinatra, and liked to sing and dance just like Frank.
