Age 68 formerly of Brook Park and Bluefield, WV, passed away peacefully July 14, 2018 while surrounded by family. Phyllis is preceded in death by Edward J. Jr, her beloved husband of 26 years. Loving mother of Kathy Rytel-Malensky and Keith (Christine). Dearest sister of Lillian Hammonds, Joyce Billips, Dorothy Manning and the following deceased: Earl Keith, Butch Keith, Les Keith, Dennis Gills and Tom Gills. Cherished grandmother of Allison, Madison, Jordan, Kayla, and Cooper. Faithful member of Calvary Tabernacle Church of Princeton, WV.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Phyllis’ life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Wednesday July 18th from 4-8PM where Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10AM. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
