PHYLLIS   KAY   SLOSKY (nee CLAGETT) Age 85, passed away peacefully October 16, 2021. Phyllis was born November 10, 1935, in New Concord, Ohio to Robert L. and Cincelle R. (nee Scott) Clagett. Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband Robert E. (1985) of 28 years. Devoted Mother of Richard “Rocky” (Linda) Clagett, Rhonda (Robert) Huczel, Elizabeth “Liz” (Raymond) Treadaway, Tommy (Bobbie) and Mary Lou Sullivan (David Prescenzi). Loving Sister of Robert and the late Wanda Abrams, Shirley Allen, Leslie, and Neal Scott. Cherished Grandmother of 7, Great Grandmother of 9. The family will receive friends in celebration of Phyllis’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Road Brook Park, Ohio 44142 on Saturday, October 23, 2021, from 12 – 4 PM where Funeral Services will be celebrated at 3:45 PM. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in New Concord, Ohio on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at 12:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
