age 66 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025.

Phillip is preceded in death by his loving father, Laverne and survived in Life by his beloved mother, Connie.

Loving brother of Richard (Jackie) Shaffer.

Veteran of the United States Navy.

Phillip enjoyed the outdoors, and he also loved to travel. He made a special trip to Scotland with his mother, which they both enjoyed. His goal was to visit every state, and he did, except for North Dakota and Louisiana.

He will be missed by all.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Phillip’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Thursday,  December  4 from 4-8 PM, where Funeral Services will be at 7:30 PM. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
