Our sympathy and prayers to Paul's entire family. We will greatly miss seeing him in Fort Myers. We were very blessed to get to know him and spend many hours at the pool listening to all his great stories. He was one of a kind! There will now be a huge void at South Pointe West and it won't be the same!

I wish to honor and remember a man whose presence lit up every room he entered. My Uncle Paul, my godfather, was more than just a relative. He was a force of nature. A storyteller, a people person, and, without fail, the first one on the dance floor. He loved life deeply, and life loved him back. Nearly a century on this earth, and he used every moment well—bringing joy, wisdom, and a bit of rhythm wherever he went. Whether it was a family gathering, a community event, or just a quiet conversation, he showed up fully, with warmth and laughter that stayed with you long after he left the room. He had a way of making people feel seen, heard, and valued. That’s rare. And it's no wonder he was so well-loved by so many. As my godfather, he held a special place in my heart. He taught me, and many of us, how to live with grace, how to age with joy, and how to never, ever turn down a good song. Today, we grieve. But we also celebrate—because he lived fully, loved deeply, and left us all better than he found us. Dance on, Uncle Paul. You earned your rest. And somewhere, I know the polka music is playing for you and Aunt Betty.
