Tillett, Patrick J. age 50 of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2014 while surrounded by family. Patrick is survived in life by his loving mother Patricia (nee Fredrick); Beloved husband of Brenda L. Tittle-Tillett; Loving father of Patrick Jr. (Eileen), Kristen and Brittney; Dear brother of John William (Rachel), Jack Theodore Tillett, Phillip Anthony Tillett, George Michael Tillett, Marlene (John) LaRue, Susan Josephine (Tony) Diteodoro and Nanette Poling; Cherished grandfather of Calvin, Ashley, Travis, Damon, AvaJean, Paige, David and Cienna.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Patrick's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Wednesday April 23rd from 6-7PM where a Memorial Service will take place at 7PM

To Patrick's family: you have my deepest sympathy. Losing a husband, father and son while still in the prime of life is truly heart-wrenching.
