Great grandmother of Jason Jr., Adriana, Easton, Skylar, Logan, and 1 Angel on the way.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Patricia’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Wednesday May 23rd from 1-5PM where Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10AM.
