The family will receive friends in celebration of Pat’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Sunday May 17, from 2-6PM & Monday May 18 from 2-4 & 6-8PM where a Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday at 10AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
