Patricia Ann Chomiak age 84 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully April 29, 2022 while surrounded by family. Patricia is preceded in death by her beloved parents Leo and Pansy Kelly and her beloved husband Joseph of 24 years. Devoted Mother of John (Lovana) Veneziano, Melody Hopkins, and Mark Veneziano. Loving Sister of Richard (deceased) (Mary) Kelly, and Joan Gates (deceased). Cherished Grandmother of Jonathan and Angeline (Adrian). Aunt to Rick, Debbie, Jimmy, Kenny (deceased), Amy, Audrey, and Jason. Best friend to Esther Silva, Shirley Weiss “Pinky”, and Pat Frohnapple.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Patricia’s life at Abram Creek Baptist Church 18664 Sheldon Rd, Brook Park, 44142 Thursday May 05, 2022 from 10-11:30 AM, where a Memorial Service will be celebrated at 11:30AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.

So very sorry for your loss. Pat and I shard many emails over the pas5 years or so on a family connection. She never gave up trying to trace those illusive family lines, hopefully she has all the answers now. I always signed off my emails to her as, "your Arkansas friend" I'm going to miss her.

Till we meet again my wonderful friend. She was one of the most caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could have known her more than 5 years. We were very close in those 5 yrs. She will forever be in my heart along with her family.
