Knecht, Bette Noel (nee Bales), age 65, of Brook Park passed away peacefully on August 27, 2012. Noel is survived by Harold “Skip,” her beloved husband of 45 years; She was born in Ferndale, Michigan to Charles (deceased) and Betty (nee Roe) Bales. Loving mother of David (Carrie) and Debi (Rich) Readinger; Dear sister to Charlys (Richard) Henricksen; Cherished grandmother of Logan, C.J., Matthew, Katie, and Clay; Noel was President of American Legion Post 610 Ladies Auxiliary.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Noel's life at the Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, on Thursday August 30th from 2-5 and 6-9PM. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM on Friday at Bethany Lutheran Church, 6041 Ridge Road, Parma. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH! Inurnment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, the family suggests contributions to Second Chance Transplant Support Group, 30380 Center Ridge Road, Westlake OH 44145.
