Simmons, Naomi Lee (nee Nestor) age 86 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2014; Naomi is survived in life by Robert, her beloved husband of 63 years; Loving mother of Theresa (Charles) Ammons and Robert; Dear sister of Carl (Louise) Nestor, Mildred (Rick) Phelps, Jean (James) Reed, Vernon (Gloria) Johnson and the following deceased: Madeline (Richard) Keller and Lorraine (William) Henderson; Cherished grandmother of Grant, Gabriel (Tiffany), Zachary and Nadine.

The family will receive friends for a Funeral Service graveside at Woodvale Cemetery, 7535 Engle Rd., Middleburg Hts., at 2:30PM. Interment at Woodvale Cemetery. For those who wish, the family suggests contributions to the Brook Park Community Church of the Brethren, 16845 Holland, Rd., Brook Park, OH 44142.

I hate that I had to miss the family service/funeral because Aunt Naomi will forever have a VERY special place in My heart! She was always kind to Me...She never talked down to Me...never treated Me as if I wasn't apart of the family. Since Grandma passed, Aunt Naomi has sent Me a card for every birthday and almost every holiday. I will miss receiving those cards and Her beautiful smile!
