Hyre, Mirvene (nee Gregg), age 77 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2012. Mirvene was born in 1934 in Newport, TN to Roy and Helen Gregg (both decesed). Devoted wife of Harold. Loving mother of Glen (Paula), Denise (Jeff) Haase, and Terry (Michael) Wray. Dear sister of Alma (Elwood) Kitts, and four deceased. Cherished grandmother of Kate (Michael), Adam (Stephanie), Jarrod (Kristen), Ryhannon (Josh), Kyle and Kalen. Great grandmothe of Collin, Kennedy, Lorelei, Austin, Liam, Luke, Jace and Seth.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Mirvene's life at the Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, at 10AM on Thursday February 23rd, where a Memorial Service will be held at 11AM. Interment will follow at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
