Chmura, Mildred M. (nee Ballasch) age 94 of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2015 while surrounded by family; Mildred is preceded in death by Matthew her beloved husband of 50+ years; Loving mother of Sharon (Leon) Dickinson, Ronald (Frances) and Dennis; Beloved sister of Joseph and Lloyd (deceased); Cherished grandmother of Shamus, Bradley, Stacie and Nicole; Great grandmother of Chloe;
The family will receive friends in celebration of Mildred’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Friday July 17th, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Trinity Church, 14040 Puritas Ave., Cleveland 44135 on Saturday at 11:30 AM. Interment at Holy Cross.
