Slavik, Mary, age 90, of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2013. She is preceded in death by Michael, her beloved husband of 33 years. Loving mother of Janet (deceased)(James) Holt, James (deceased); Carol (Robert-deceased) Webb, and Ralph (Caryl); Dear sister of Ann (William-deceased) Cherished grandmother of 8; Great grandmother of 9; Proud member of the Slovak Society, Ladies Guild, and Mary's Seniors.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Mary's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road., Brook Park on Friday March 29th from 2-4 and 6-8PM. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10AM at Mary Queen of the Apostles church, 6455 Engle Rd., Brook Park. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
