To the family of Mary Lu: Your mom, grandma, great grandma , aunt andgreat aunt was a gentle and kind soul . She brought the light and love of Christ to everyone she encountered. I have fond memories of her greeting and hugging my dad after mass.After he passed away would tell me how she missed him seeing and loved him. I met Mary Lou when my sister's family moved in next door to her in the 70s. She was my son's 1st Communion teacher at St Peter the Apostle in 1986. When I was having terrible medical problems, she was the church secretary and always had a kind word of support for me. Through the years our paths would cross and her kindness, love and genuine concern was amazing. The Lord must have a very special place for her in heaven. I will never forget her. Deepest sympathy to Mike and her family.
