MADELINE KAY EUBANKS age 73 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully May 25, 2022 while surrounded by family. Madeline is survived in life by her beloved husband Prentice of 49 years. Devoted Mother of Danette (Brad) Range, Steven (Wendie), Gary, John, and Tina (Raymond) Crawford. Loving Sister of Wilma (Bill) Niemeyer, Linda Miller, Jimmy (Debbie) Miller, and Johnny (deceased) (Carolyn) Miller. Cherished Grandmother of Bayley, Sydney, Shannon, Sadie, Taylor, Cameron, and Anna. Great Grandmother of Izeyah, Cameryn, and Layla.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Madeline’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Tuesday May 31, 2022 from 11 AM – 12 PM. Interment at Woodvale Cemetery.

I am so sorry about the passing of Madeline!!!! I was looking through some photos last night and seeing her photo made me sad! I know though that she is not sad, she is celebrating!!!! I am happy that she had a large family!! You guys can keep her memory alive and enjoy the good times that you had together!!! Even if we have never met, I love all of you!!!!

I was really sorry to hear about Aunt Madeline passing away she was one of the nicest people .When I had my daughter ….she was premature …..(37 years ago) Aunt Madeline came to the hospital and sat with me and visited my daughter and took me to lunch I will never forget …Uncle Prentice and Danette and all of her love ones you are in my thoughts and prayers…..
