Loretta La Rosa (nee Kaschalk), born in Nanty Glo, PA age 84, of Brook Park passed away peacefully on May 21, 2016 while surrounded by family. Loretta is preceded in death by Paul her beloved husband of 57 years, parents Frank and Mary Kaschalk, brother Frank, sisters Marie and Margaret and grandsons Eric, Trevett and Bobby. She is survived by her sister Ann (Bob) Zirker, her children Polly (Dennis) Strank, Perry, James (Mary), Victor (Cynthia), Mary and Richard (Karena), her grandchildren Mike, Carina (Danny), Amber (Jake), Shannon (TJ), Sophia, Tom, Kristi, Alisha, Regina (Dave), Paul, Patrick, Michael, Francesca, Alexandra and great grandchildren Brooks, Banks, Collin, Kennedy, Cade, Kora, Charli and Braylon.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Loretta’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Thursday, May 26th from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church, 6455 Engle Rd., Brook Park on Friday at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
