Lillian “Boots” Jaksa  age 89 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2018 while surrounded by family.  Lillian is preceded in death by Rudolph, her beloved husband of 49 years.  Loving mother of Mary, Linda (Nick) Newman and Rudolph (Debra).  Dearest sister of  the following deceased:  Henrietta “Penny” (Arthur) Couture, Wilma (Joseph) Solarz and George (Helen) Jindra.  Cherished grandmother of Kimberly (Jeff), Jan (Chad), Carmen (Seth) Hill, Ryan, Kimberly, Lisa (Jason) Slavik.  Cherished great grandmother of Lorenzo, Antonio, Angelo, Marissa, Chad, Jr., Madison, Casey, Brandon and JJ.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Lillian’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 30 at 10 AM.   Interment at Brooklyn Hts. Cemetery.
