Kermit Henry Bailey Jr.

age 81 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2024.

Kerm is survived in Life by Karen, his beloved wife of 54 years.

He was a mechanical engineer who loved math and graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Akron in 1966.  He enjoyed nature and walking the Lake to Lake Trail or just around the neighborhood where he fostered many wonderful & lasting friendships.  He especially loved the cousins and their children and treasured and enjoyed their love and support to the very end.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Kerm’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Friday, October 18th from 5-7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church 6455 Engle Road Brook Park Ohio 44142 on Saturday, October 19th at 10:00 AM.

EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.

In lieu of flowers Karen would prefer donations to:  Holy Family Hospice, 6707 State Rd, Parma, Ohio 44134 for the beautiful and gentle care Kerm received on the final leg of his life’s journey.
