So sad to learn of kenney passing. Some of my fondest teenage memories were with kenney in hollywood fl., We never missed a Lost In Space episode and Radar-ranged twinkies! I was honored to travel with the family to the 1969 apollo 11 launch and continue on to indiana with them that summer. That was real quality time, we had so much fun and always found adventure. He was always honest and compassionate and a trusted friend. Thoughts and Prayers are with his family and community in their time of great loss.. Pam, Lori, Stacey, Mikel, Mason, Joe, and Brian,
we were sorry to hear about Ken.  It was a total shock. You have been great neighbors for over 30 years and Ken will be missed.  He was truly a great man.  We know that he is in heaven and looking down upon all of us.  We enjoyed eating lunch with all of you on Thursday and will miss his smiling face.  He is now one of God's angels.  We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.  May God Bless You and grant you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I am shocked to hear about Ken.  What a tragedy!  I had the pleasure of working with Ken when his daughter played one of the children in my production of Sound of Music at First Baptit Church.  I even convinced Ken to particpate in the crowd scenes since he had to be at rehearsals and performances anyway.  Following that I enjoyed working with Ken when were on the CBA Board at the same time.  Ken always impressed me with his spirituality, his quiet strength, and his dedication to his family and his faith.  We have lost a great man, a strong leader, and a good friend.  My sincere condolences to his family, his colleagues, and his many friends.

Dear Kenipe Family:

I along with my three siblings met Kenny and Vicki while attending Victory Memorial United Methodist Church.

I saw the article in the Indianapolis Star News and recognized Kenny, as he still had that sweet little boy smile.

Prayers for healing in losing one so dear. May he rest in peace.  I am a firm beliver that we will get to see our loved ones again one day and what a wonderful reunion that will be.

Love,

Janet Lathrop Winecoff and Family

I was the Secretary at R.G. Jones School next to West Park Baptist Church and had the honor of speaking and dealing with Pastor Kenipe and his wife over the years.  You have my sincere sympathy.  I'm praying for the family, especially Mrs. Kenipe.  Pastor Kenipe and wife, Pam have been so kind and helpful to the staff and students at R.G. Jones School.  He was always very pleasant to speak with.  Again, your family has my condolences.  God bless you.
