Kathleen Marie Brass, age 59, of Brunswick, OH passed away surrounded by her loving family on October 20th, 2024. Kathie will continue to live on through her husband of 36 years, Lee K. Brass Sr.; her beloved sons, Lee K. Jr. and Robert; her daughter – as she always described as her “mini-me” – Katelyn Marie; her mother, Patricia Johnson; siblings; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Kathie is preceded in death by her father, Robert Johnson, whom she cherished.

Kathie was raised in Brookpark, OH, and was a 1983 graduate of Midpark High School. In the Summer of 1984, she met the love of her life, and the two were married on May 28th, 1988. They went on to have three beautiful children. She spent her adult-life devoted to raising her kids, who were her world. Kathie was a proud Dance Mom and loved traveling to watch her daughter compete. She was both of her sons’ biggest cheerleader at their sporting events and concerts. She also provided care for many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews throughout her life.

Kathie will always be remembered as a kind-hearted, selfless, ray of sunshine.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Kathie’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Thursday, October 24 from 4-8 PM.

Interment at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
