Family will receive friends in celebration of Kathleen's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10AM. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital (Institutional Relations and Development, University Hospital Health Systems, 11100 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106).
