age 83 of Cleveland, Ohio, and Masontown, PA, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2026.

Joseph is survived by Faye, his beloved wife of 56 years.

Cherished son of Nicholas and Margaret (Pacanosky) Stracensky (both deceased).

Dedicated Father to Jeff, Todd, Patrick, Nick, and Gina.

Loving Brother to Therese Chura, Francis, Raymond (Jim), Marianne (deceased), Margaret Kovachik (deceased), Bernetta Hudak (deceased), Sister Mary Janelle, SND (deceased), and Claire Williamson (deceased).

Devoted Grandfather to ShyAnne, Nick, Angelina, Lexi, Lili, and Felix.

Adoring Great-Grandfather to Gavin, Maddox, Milo, and Millie (expected 12/2026).

Loving Uncle and Great Uncle to many and a friend to all.

Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and member of the American Legion.

The family will have a celebration of Joe’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142, on Tuesday, October 27 from 3-7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 25801 Royalton Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028, on Wednesday, October 28 at 11:00 AM.
