Jasien, Joseph Francis, age 85 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2015 while surrounded by family. Joseph is survived in life by Rose M. (nee O’Brokta) his beloved wife of 60 years; He was preceded in death by his grandson Baby Joseph; Loving father of Cynthia (Walter) Wagner, Rita Marie Jasien and Michael (Shelley); Dear brother of Genevieve (Fred) Marciniak, and Edward Jasien (all deceased); Cherished grandfather of Susan (Matt), Sarah, Brian and Jennifer; Great grandfather of Sarah, Kevin, Kristin, and Avery; Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews;
Veteran U.S. Army; Member of American Legion Post 610.
The family will privately celebrate Joseph’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Friday, from 10-12PM where a Funeral Service will take place at 11:30AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Holy Family Home, ATTN: Ronna Fisher, 6707 State Rd., Parma, OH 44134.
