Obituary

Colon, Joan Marie (nee Busch), age 74 of Brook Park passed away peacefully on September 5, 2016, while surrounded by family. Joan is preceded in death by Robert Charles her beloved husband of 47 years. Loving mother of Karen Passerell and Robert E. (Rebecca). Dear sister of Shirley (Jack) Ulman. Cherished grandmother of Ethan and Emily.

Avid member of the Shoppers, Women’s Affiliate of The Choppers Hot Rod Association.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Joan’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Thursday, September 8th from 4-8 PM where a Funeral Service will take place on Friday at 10 AM. Interment at Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
