Amalong, Jeffrey L., age 50, of Brook Park, passed away suddenly on September 29, 2012. Beloved son of Jerry (deceased) and Caroline (nee David) Amalong. Jeffrey is survived by his best friend Cleo. Loving father of Emily, Joe, and Michael Russell; Dear brother of Michael (Christina) and Nancy (Keith) Tomey; Devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews. North Royalton Police Reservist.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Jeffrey's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park on Thursday, October 4th from 2-4 and 6-9PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM on Friday at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church, 6455 Engle Road, Brook Park.

Dear Amalong Family, I am so sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences at this time. Something that I have found to be a great source of comfort are the thoughts expressed in the Bible. At John 5:28,29 we see that there is going to be a resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in death. Also at revelation 21:4 we see that God is going to eliminate all of the causes for why we deal with sorrow,pain and even death itself. It is my sincere hope that these thoughts bring your family comfort at this time. Once again I am so sorry for your loss.
