I had the privilege of serving with Jeff when stationed at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Florida. There we build a wonderful and fun friendship hanging out, arguing and talking smack, exploring new establishments, and partying all over Panama City and the beach. Oh the memories made and the stories that tickle my soul every time I think of Jeff and my time there. A friendship that didn’t miss a beat no matter how much time passed whenever we all met up. As fun of a person Jeff was he was also a caring, thoughtful, and helpful man. He was always doing for folk and was there for me too! Even though he was hard headed and stubborn at times (meeee too haha). I know I drove him crazy at times especially at work haha yet he still put up with me. Love him! I am eternally grateful to have known him. Fair winds and following seas shipmate! Gone but not forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you Stephanie (he loved you so much and), family, friends, shipmates and colleagues. May his memories bring you joy, tons of laughter and lift you up when you are feeling down.
