Jacqueline is survived in life by Richard, her beloved husband of 52 years. Loving mother of Jill (Wally) Mesich, Richard Jr. (Sheri), Kelly, Michael (Dawne), and Tracy. Dearest sister of Joseph Jr. (Valorie) Dzurik and Richard (Barbara) Dzurik. Cherished grandmother of Nick (Gina) Watkins, Jamie Falkenstein, Brandon (Krysta) Wise, Karl Falkenstein, Melissa Mesich, Kaitlyn Wise, Mikey Falkenstein and Mari Falkenstein. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Jackie’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Tuesday July 17th from 2-4 & 6-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Mary Parish, 250 Kraft St., Berea 44017, on Wednesday at 1PM.
