Jacob, You truly are one of a kind. I am so grateful for the spiritual connection we share. You were there for me during some of my darkest days, sharing your wisdom and helping me through it. Although you dwelled mostly in the dark realms, you surely did bring a light to this world. We will always be together in spirit, no matter the time or distance between us. Tonight, we will howl at the full moon in your honor. Blessed be! -Slim Pumpkin

Jacob will be missed by his Transitional Design family. He worked so hard and had such a great attitude and spirit. He will be in our hearts forever.

I worked with Jake at Transitional Design for many months. He was the hardest workers I knew, he had an unbelievable amount of energy, and was so so kind. I made a joke one time at work how I was the queen of our intake area. He said, “You know what? I’m going to start calling you empress now.” That became my nickname ever since. He was so funny and never failed to make me laugh. My deepest sympathies are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Man...this one hurts...I really can’t believe this ...literally at a loss of words. It’s true when they say the good die young, you were a such a pure person. One of the funniest people I’ve ever met. No matter what mountain you were climbing you always were still so positive. I’ll never forget first meeting you when we were kids, I was so excited about having new cousins, I thought you were a spitting image of Harry Potter! Lol. You were just an amazing person & we all are going to miss you. :(

I worked with Jacob at Transitional Design. He was a Renaissance Man...loved having philosophical discussions with him, learning a new word that he had discovered and enjoying his positive energy. You will be missed, Jake. May you Rest In Peace and May your family remember your smile and uniqueness.
