Jack is survived in life by Donna (nee Stephens), his beloved wife of 29 years; Loving father of Kelly and Timothy; Dear brother of Andrew Jr. (Sandra), Antoinette (deceased), Margaret (Arthur) Grafton, Martin (Marilyn), Frank (Glenda) and brother-in-law of Dale (Catherine) Stephens;
Veteran U.S. Army, Lifetime member of VFW;
The family will receive friends in celebration of Jack’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Monday, March 2nd, from 3-7PM where a Funeral Service will take place at 6:30PM.
