Cherished grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 14.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Hazel’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Monday, December 19th from 2-4 & 6-8 PM where a Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday at 11:30 AM. Interment at Woodvale Cemetery.
