Hritzak, Grace Marie (nee Tavani) age 93 of Cleveland, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on June 10, 2011. Loving wife of Stephen, her beloved husband of 62 years. Devoted mother of David (Alayne) and Lucille (Alan) Romano. Dear sister of Laura (Matthew-deceased) Ciavarelli, Phillip (Doris), Genevieve (deceased), Ann (deceased) (Joseph) Plisko, and George (deceased) (Carol). Cherished grandmother of Michael (Missy), Michelle (Adam), Adam, and Jennifer. Great grandmother of Nicholas, Austin, Emily, and Danny.
The family will receive friends in celebration of Grace's life at the Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 5891 Ridge Road, Parma. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
