Passed October 02, 2020 at age 82. Beloved husband of Janet B. Bullington (Nee Norris). Brother to James, Bill, Linda, Gerald, and Francis. Father to Frank Jr, Brenda, Leslie, Bill, Lee, and Phillip. Grandfather to 16. Great- Grandfather to 21. Frank was a great man, an inspiration, and was loved by all. He requested that no flowers be sent but rather donations be made to the Cleveland Food Bank https://www.greaterclevelandfoodbank.org/give-help/donate-online. The family will receive friends in celebration of Frank’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Friday October 09, 2020 from 2-4 PM, where Memorial Services will be celebrated at 3:30 PM.
