McCormick, Eugene H., age 79 of Brook Park, passed away suddenly on November 5, 2012. Eugene was preceded in death by Ruby, his beloved wife of 50 years. Loving Father of Kathleen (George) Ammar, James (deceased), Maureen, Mary Alice, Margaret (Ed) Gliebe, John (Mary Jo), Daniel (Charlene), Neal, Michael, and Eugene (Julie); Dear brother of Mary Ellen Fairbanks and the following deceased: Rose Marie McCormick, Patricia Seymour, and Geraldine Targosky. Cherished grandfather of Patrick, Jacqueline, Thomas, James, Andrew, John H., Liam, Grace, Kelly, and Lyla; Devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews He was a faithful family man with strong Christian values, and loved his life's work as a mutuel clerk.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Eugene's life at the HUMENIK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 14200 Snow Rd. Brook Park, on Thursday November 8th from 5-8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00AM on Friday November 9th at St. Bartholomew's Church 14865 East Bagley Rd. Middleburg Hts. 44130. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Dear McCormick Family, I am so sorry to have read of your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. Something that I have personally found to be of great comfort is what the Bible says at John 5:28,29 as well as Revelation 21:4. In these verses we see that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our loved ones as well as do away with all causes we have for suffering including sickness and death.
