Eastridge, Ervin “JR,” age 59 of Middleburg Hts, passed away suddenly on May 3, 2012. JR was born in Cleveland to Ervin Sr.(deceased) and Martha (nee Bullion). He is survived by Nanny (nee Peters), his beloved wife for 26 years. Proud father of Michelle, Martha and Jade Perri; Dear brother of: Don, Ron (Regina), Gloria Webster, and Dianne (Mark) Curtis. Cherished grandfather of 5; Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Member of S.A.L., American Legion Post 610 and Men's Auxiliary VFW Post 6676;

The family will receive friends in celebration of JR's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, on Tuesday May 8th from 7-9PM, where Memorial Services will take place at 9PM. JR's legacy lives on with his Gift of Sight through eye donation.
