EDWARD BAMMERLIN age 93 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully January 03, 2022. Edward is preceded in death by Grace, his beloved wife of 62 years. Loving father of Karen Wilson (deceased), William (Alice), Donna (Tim) Janos, and Laura (Tim) Dempsey. Dear brother of the late Marcella Holdway, Laverne Patton, Blanche Bosard and June Gosar. Cherished grandfather of Bryan (Lisa) Wilson, James (Kelley) Vild, Megan (Mark) Walsh, Edward (Christina), Michael Janos, and Anna Bammerlin (Ambar Pankaj) and great grandfather.Uncle to many nieces and nephews, and an avid animal lover.

Edward was a 40 year plus member of the John W Barkley Lodge # 621 F& AM North Olmsted OH.

The family will receive friends in celebration of Edward’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Thursday January 06, 2022 from 3-7 PM.

Eddie was one of the best friends I ever had in my lifetime! We built and raced cars for many years! Had so many great experiences together that my mind goes crazy with the memories! Eddie was a friend to me. We met at the reunion for the legendary driver's reunionat the Ashland County Fair in 2010. He would come visit me when I was the general manager at South East Harley-Davidson. He gave me some treasured racing photos for a keepsake. I will miss Eddie and never forget him.
