Kwiatkowski, Donald John, age 76 of Olmsted Township, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2014 while surrounded by family. Husband of Leslie (nee Smith); Loving father of Steve (Teresa), Michael Wilk and David; Beloved brother of Mary (Richard) Lawrence, Kathryn Kwiatkowski and James (deceased); Cherished grandfather of 3 and great grandfather of 2; Uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Veteran U.S. Army

Services were private.  Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
