age 60 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on May 24, 2023.

 

Dominick is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Josephine.

 

Loving brother of Frank (Michelle), Anita (John deceased) Cook, Joe (Rosanna).

 

Cherished Uncle of 9 Nieces and Nephews and 7 Great Nieces and Nephews.

 

Dominick Loved Family Times, Brook Park Home Days and One of his many highlights of the year was going to Country Jam Music Festivals.

 

He enjoyed watching shows from the 60s and 70s for example M*A*S*H (TV series). He was very nostalgic.

 

The family will receive friends in celebration of Dominick’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Wednesday, May 31st  from 5:30-8:30 PM, where Funeral Services will be celebrated at 8:00 PM.
