DESIREE LYNN ZAPTOCKY Age 41 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully August 18, 2020, while surrounded by family and friends. Devoted daughter of Joseph and Joan (deceased) Piskac. Desiree is survived in life by Jason, her beloved husband of 13 years. Loving mother of Isabella. Loving sister Jimmy, Joey, Linda, Karen (deceased), Laurie, Sherri, Barbara, and Dawn. Aunt to many nieces and nephews and friend to many.

 

The family will receive friends in celebration of Desiree’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Monday, August 24, 2020, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM, where Funeral Services will be celebrated at 7:30 PM.
