David J. Polman Age 79 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully October 1, 2022. David is survived in death by Georgann, his beloved wife of  59 years. Devoted father of David Jr. (Charlene), Mark (Kathy), Cheri (Mike) Stankovic. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa (Christian) Leszcz, Megan Stankovic, Jacob Stankovic, Cheyenne and Dakota Eberling. Great Grandfather of Jali Stankovic.

The family will receive friends in celebration of David’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel 14200 Snow Rd Brook Park, 44142 on Monday October 10th from 2-4 and 6-8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary Queen of the Apostles Tuesday October 11 at 9:30AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery
