Havrila, David Michael, age 64 of Middleburg Hts., passed away peacefully on March 25, 2014 while surrounded by family. David is survived in life by Nancy (nee Green), his beloved wife of 37 A� years; Loving father of Jeremy (Jennifer) and Victoria; Cherished grandfather to be; Usher at St. Bartholomew Church and friend to many.

The family will receive friends in celebration of David's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Friday March 28th from 2-4 & 6-8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30AM on Saturday at St. Bartholomew Church, 14865 East Bagley Rd., Middleburg Hts. Interment at Holy Cross
