Mass of Christian Burial

David J. Anderson age 83 of Brook Park passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on May 26, 2018.  David is survived in life by Connie Mae (Nee Rogal), his beloved wife of 59 years.  Loving father of Deborah (Robert) Waitkus, Constance (James) Ritter, Christine (Ryan Pierce), Denise (Doug) Ingram, David (Sharmane), Carolyn, Diane (Brad) Bishop, John,  James, William (Diana), Ronald (America), Frank (Michael Thomas) and Charlotte. Dearest brother of Mary (Emil-Deceased) Solderitch, Patrick (deceased) (Barb), Alexander (deceased), Elizabeth (Robert) Kinney, Nancy (James-Deceased) Van Geison, John Anderson, Margaret (Richard) Mulhern, William Anderson, James (Michele) Anderson. Cherished Grandfather of Frank, Michaela, Alfred, Olivia, William, Ryan, Grant and McKenya.

Veteran of the U.S. Army, Teamsters Local 407 as Union Steward and Machinist Local 42, Holy Name Society, Eucharist Minister, a blood donor of over 400 pints of blood.

The family will receive friends in celebration of David’s life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 3-7 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated  Saturday, June 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at St. Augustine’s (Regina Health Center), 5232 Broadview Road in Richfield, Ohio 44286.  Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
