Tate, David Hugh, age 67 of Brook Park, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2014; David is survived by Christine (nee Dontenville), his beloved wife of 43 years; Loving father of Marc and Douglas (Patricia); Dear brother of Martha (Tom) Gallagher, Donald Jr (deceased) and Rebecca (John) Zurcher; Cherished grandfather of Adam, Dallas and Daniel;

The family will receive friends in celebration of David's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, on Wednesday April 9th from 5-8PM where a Funeral Service will take place at 10:30AM on Thursday.
