The family will receive friends in celebration of David's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Road, Brook Park, on Monday May 4, from 2-4 and 6-8PM where Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday. Internment Holy Cross Cemetery.
